Group run at the squad training. Wasn't sure what i would feel like running in the morning but managed fine and wasn't very tired. Good fun but with a lot of stop and starts because of the gates and fields. Enjoyed the bit of off road and legs were feeling fine
Run with Tara and Edildh around the tracks we found in the woods. Was quite interesting although i wasn't feeling too good as i hadn't eaten anything and was quite tired. Probably because it was early in the morning.

Practicing and learning some new drills. Was good to get advice on what needs to improve from the coaches and also Tara and Edlidh. We then filmed ourselves and watched it back in slow motion which was good to see how we ran etc. Some good learning.

First night event. Was quite cold so layered up but felt fine once i had warmed up. was focussing of panning ahead and having good control flow. Managed to do that on most controls
Long run just around the streets in Cockermouth and Papcastle because it was very dark trying to find a good route to run. Was feeling good and wasn't too tired.
