Good run around an old orienteering course in Setmurphy. Focussing in control flow and reading the map on the move. Was successfull and i enjoyed it.
Ended up running about 5 km

Sprint event at Oldside.
Managed to pretty much hit every control which was good, legs feeling a bit tired but managed to go hard for all of the course. Quite enjoyed it.

Run along river with dad taking it easy after yesterday. Legs not feeling too tired.

5*(600m 1 min rest, 200m 2mins rest) around the block so wasnt a flat route.

Times about 2:20 and 40 secs

Felt good after having not done anything at the weekend.
