Good run around an old orienteering course in Setmurphy. Focussing in control flow and reading the map on the move. Was successfull and i enjoyed it. Ended up running about 5 km

Sprint event at Oldside. Managed to pretty much hit every control which was good, legs feeling a bit tired but managed to go hard for all of the course. Quite enjoyed it.
