Silloth Dunes sprint event.

Good run out even if the area wasnt the best. Only slightly missed two controls beacuse they were hidden behind the knolls.

Easy run out to 4 lane ends then along the river.

Core work after run. Need to get into a routine of doing this more frequently.

Warm up jog out to old brigham road and then drills

5 * 800m on the old brigham road so wasnt fully flat

Pace was meant to be about 4:00 mins per 800 but that felt too slow so changed to about 3:25.

Times - 3:22, 3:22, 3:15, 3:23, 3:28

Felt good, legs not feeling too tired.

Run warm up/down 15:18 [2] 2.13 km (7:11 / km)

Cool down jog back from lakes home centre, legs feeling a bit tired after last 800m.

Stretching as soon as i got home
