Good jog up to start but got there early as went with Sam and Stewie becuase we were bored of waiting. Drills and more jogging

Ok run today, no massive mistakes just taking it easy so i could aim to hit every control. Some dodgy route choice and interpretation which made my time a bit slower but still a good, solid run.

Came 26th out of 69.

Roc day 1 - Sprint

Had a good racetoday, really enjoyed having a terrain sprint. Took a while to get ise to the small scale but still managed to get each control. Took a compass bearing to each contol out of thurban as we were working on compass in training so i wanted to use it in race as well.

Came 18th out of 72

Orienteering (Norway day 1 - training) 1:30:00 [3] 8.0 km (11:15 / km)

Pick B with Anna getting back into the scandinavian terrrain, felt good.

(Focussing on compass)
Pick A - feeling very good, hitting all the controls

Pick C - hit all controls again

Pick D - went a bit high on one but was within 5m which was fine

Train 1 - been to most controls already so caught people up

Train 2 - didnt get caught up but got caught in a lot of green which wasnt very nice.

5 * 800m intervals at 3.25 - (interval pace)

Along the old Brigham road, was very hot and sunny which made it harder.
Was feeling good, just trying to get some speed work in.

Easy jog back home
