Line exercise. Managed to stay on the line until the end where i got pushed off the line by crags

Long legs exercise. Focused on planning and then simplifying. Went well and found all easily

Control pick. Set off bhind emily but kept cathing her so waited at some controls to allow her to get ahead.

Clock relay with Isabelle. Good naviagtion and knew when i was in the right place which was good for confidence.

Core stability class at the sports centre. Felt good although was quite upper body with weights as the usaul lady wasnt their.

Sprint course at Harris Park. My splits said i had missed from 1-10 but i had got them. Went well was just trying to keep up a good speed.
