Longer run today starting from the car park just past the visitor centre at whinlatter and then round and up tarbarrel moss, round lord seat and back to visitor centre.

Was trying to keep a good pace up the hills but was tired near the end. Legs were feeling good though.

Getting used to the treadmill, felt pretty weird at first but got used to it.

Physiological training at Crewe.

VO2 max testing. Wasn't feeling the best at the start on the treadmill just because i wasn't used to running on one but as it got faster it felt better and the mask and heart rate monitor was also quite a weird feeling when running. Didn't like getting the blood taken either. Started off pretty easy but then by the end felt horrible and the mask was hurting and couldn't think about anything but the time. Managed to get half way through 16.

Was feeling quite tired and under the weather with a cold and cough so didnt go 100% on the course. Focused on identifyingbthe different features and compass bearings. Was the first person out (really early) as needed to get back for parking shift which meant barely anyon else was out.

Over shot #1 as was too low down so didnt see the first marsh. Was very hesitamt to #6 as didnt want to miss it but managed to spike the control. Felt better on the 2nd half of the course until #15 where i was standing on top of the control but couldnt see it and #17 i was slightly too low.

Enjoyed it though and even if it was freezing!!

Good cruising ride out with dad. Was pretty easy apart from when my gears broke on the hardest gear when i was going up the steepest hill on the ride!

Horrible weather! Wcoc training. First loop out on the top of the hill so got battered by the hail, ran alot of it to keep warm even though we were meant to be walking. Also managed to film some stuff for GCSE.

Did 2.9 km on the track but 3 km on my watch. Was feeling good al though could have pushed harder at the end.

Bleep test - Level 11.1. Could have kept going but pulled out as was the only one.

Feeling good but legs a bit tired.

JHI Relay at Slaley Hall Estate.

Didn't get distracted going off on the mass start and managed to run my own race. No mistakes just slightly drifted left on #9 but managed to come in 2nd about 30 seconds behind Grace.

Had a good run today pretty clean run and good route choice apart from #5 where i hadn't got my distance right and thought id gone further than i had and then on #9 i went too high above the bracken. Managed to keep up a good pace throughout the course. Came 2 nd 4 minutes behind Grace.

Very hilly blue course at Birkett Common today. Legs were feeling very tired! Only made a couple of mistakes with #9 where i was too far left and #11 where i started going to #8 instead. Was quite a good run but felt quite slow.. Came 6th on course.

Very tiring, hilly run today. Was being James all the way as was feeling quite tired. Didn't make any big mistakes and managed to get some good recording for my GCSE PE.
