Longer run today than yesterday. Started from my house, up over slate fell, up over the golf course, into setmurthy and then onto the top of the hay and back down. Nice run bit rainy though

Set off at 10:58 on the blue course. Got back 4th overall and 3rd on the blue. Ran in total 5.9km.

Long course in Mitredale (night event series). Very hard going and very wet and muddy especially coming down to the finish. Course was 3.8 km but ran 5.38 km. Came 6th out of 14.
