Its a little cold out! And rainy
5 min warmup, 10 x (1min standing, 1 min seated). Quads are a little tender after yesterday.

I visited Dr Segal today for a diabetic checkup. Not much to report other than it seems to be going well.
HbA1c down to 6.1% which is the lowest yet.
