Running warm up/down 10:00 [1]
shoes: Asics Dirtdog XC Spike

Orienteering race (Red) 1:06:15 [4] 6.1 km (10:52 / km)
18c shoes: Asics Dirtdog XC Spike

Way too many mental mistakes but the biggest was going to 15. I did not see building mapped at the end of the parking lot and I thought it was building at the other end of the parking lot. I left there about 5+ minutes. It did not help that I had no energy left starting south bend loop.

Running hills 1:03:43 [1] 5.5 mi (11:35 / mi)
shoes: Asics Ahar

Trails behind Bayview YMCA. Many hills. Pace was slow but effort at times was high...

Running 1:00:38 [2] 7.2 mi (8:25 / mi)
shoes: Asics Ahar

Second run of the day.

I did not had a good plan how much I would run but it crystallized once I got moving. Here is the route.

Slow at first then I felt I got in the groove without too much effort. Last mile or so required little more effort then first 50 minutes.

Note

Just calculated that I ran 30 miles in 2 days.
