Run in Flass Vale nature reserve, although shins bothered me so I kept it short to give them a bit of a rest today.

Walk to Flass Vale, hiked all around it as a 'warm up' to see how my shins were feeling on a softer surface.

Felt my shins a few times on the run there and back, which really scared me. Iced when I got home and massaged them.

8x1min hills on grass fields near just past Durham school + jog to and from the location. Recovery was brief pause and then jog back down the hill.

Got caught in a downpour and then hail and then another downpour, but it was kinda fun as it wasn't too cold! :)
