Sunday exploration of the footpaths to maenporth. Great run! So many nice trails. 10km completely on trails, what a treat! A nice mixture through forests, fields, and lanes. Loved it and only swallowed 1 fly today which is pretty good compared to recent runs. The last little section on the coastal path was busy. Will try this route again sometime but make it a loop back to penryn

Coastal path before work. Got chased by an angry dog which wasn’t very nice and also got drenched in a random downpour but kinda enjoyed that bit

Very hill longer route to uni. Didnt really enjoy, just wanted a nice cruise but everywhere is mega hilly in Cornwall
