Down in Cape for WC O' Champs in a weeks time. Drove to Wellington for a nice parkrun on a wine estate (Imbuko Wines). Not as flat as it looked on the google map! Nothing overly steep but a few good pulls. HR was sky-high after almost 3 months of no running and then a Covid infection. Legs also sore for a few days afterwards.
