Fresh @ Wolwespruit 17km race (was only 15km though).

Moderate start and then kept up a steady speed for the bulk of the race. Breathing felt good. Legs couldn't go much faster. Some very nice technical running in the kloofs. Had 2 guys tailing me most of the way for pacing and tag spotting reasons, but I was happy with that.

Coming off the last hill I accelerated to try and drop them. Succeeded and got 10th(?) place, so happy with that. Average pace was under 6, so also happy as it doesn't get rockier underfoot than this race and the route was very twisty with almost no flats.

Calf muscle feels 98% healed at the moment. Just a feint shadow feeling towards the end.

Loops of Klipriviersberg with Mark K in nice, cool, overcast conditions. Lots of other people out there again. Bumped into Rhys and then later Fred. Followed the main route, but added as much as possible to get over 25k.
