10km Night run at Copper Leaf GC in Mnandi. 99% of the route was on concrete golf cart track, so I was in the wrong shoes wrt grip, but at least they were still soft enough. Took it easy over the first 5km and then tried to improve my position and then hold it at the end. Legs will probably still need a few more days before they're fresh again. No big hills, but lots of small undulations which kept you working most of the way.
