0800 - Ran with Debbie. Headed out east from the main centre on the overnight trails, over the 4 ridges (4th summit is 6.8km - 58 min). Then down to the flats and around Perdekop to Steenbok hut. Past Feeskrans and up to the Groot Plato saddle (15.8km in 2h05). Started off in the direction of springbok hut, but cut the corner and hit the tar road before taking the shortcut down to the main centre. Total distance of 21.7km (on GE). Lovely run... nothing beats trail running at Suikerbosrand. Debbie slowed a bit towards the end as she's recovering from a virus, but otherwise a good run. Nice day to start, but we had a horrible headwind (gale) on the way home.

1630 - First proper tryout of my rollerblades (which I've had since Nov last year). Portugal XPD is 3 months away, so I've still got time to get to a 'fair' level. It started slow and unsteady, but learnt quickly. Pros: no falls. Cons: I can jog faster than I can blade...

0800 - New gym. Today was my guided tour, will get down to proper training on my next trip. 20 min on treadmill, 10 rowing and 10 on ellipse walker. Never been on the elliptical before, but good workout for calves and quads.
