1500 - Western Cape Middle Distance Champs. Nieuweberg Forest. 1:10'000. 5m. Finished 2nd, 1m18 behind Richard Lange. Map was first used at SA's last year. Decent, but some inaccuracies in places where the map feels 'stretched'. Good planning today. I lost out on pace in the 2nd half of the race when it started getting a bit hilly (actual climb is about double the advertised!).
