Note

Organisied (course director) the Uge Events 150km race in the Middelburg area. Started at Botshabelo and went to Loskop Dam. Lots of stress, but it came right in the end. Had a major storm descend on the back 50% of the teams whilst on the Dam, leading to an emergency situation. Everyone survived with some teams needing rescuing on remote shorelines. Took a few hours to get there though as safety boat had to be taken off water. Stress and almost no sleep for 3 days.

1745 - K1 Big Foot. Paddled in a nice group. Mixed pace. Caught a few goods waves, but also did a lot of work for the group. Happy with my time.

0715 - Big foot on Emmarentia. Nice cool morning, great paddle with Megan and friend. 8 x large laps. Dusi training feels like it's going good.
