Cape Epic Day 8 - Boschendal to Spier
Hellish day. Still ill. Visisted the bushes a few kms into the race and emerged again with the sweep car waiting behind my bike. Slowly started recovering through the remainder of the race and managed to pass more and more people as I went through the stage. Very relieved to finish.
