Detox run with Katie and Saz after a late night at the big cheese! Was feeling rough to begin with but the BEAUTIFUL sunny weather made it all so much better! Ran/slogged up Blackford, round up Braids then down the Hemitage. Was good fun and good to get out even if we did keep stopping to admire the views and pet many dogs throughout the whole run! Can't believe this weather!

Nationals XC - Under20 Men's race. Was painful, everyone set off so fast and pretty much left me for dead ah well! Felt like I was about to die on the last hill. My ankle felt weak during the race and was more painful after I finished. The senior women were doing the same distance and I only just managed to beat Katie by 6 seconds... :/

Meadows run with Andy, Tam and Ali. Did 4x strides for 2 and a half lamposts long. Garmin completely messed up locating satellites so roughly estimated distance and time.
