Orienteering race 36:46 [4] 5.3 km (6:56 / km) +225m 5:43 / km

BUCS mens relay. The Deep Fried Babies (Richard, Me and Andrew) was the team! I was on 2nd leg and annoyingly messed up number 2 but was fine after that stupid mistake. Fell in the mud and couldn't read my map for the last 2 controls, practicing the old map memory.

BUCS Individual Mens A race (10.5k) - was happy with my run. Andrew caught me by number 5 but kept with him until 9 then he got away but I re-caught him after getting a tow off Chris (and thanks to Andrew messing up the spectator control)

Standard ladder drills

5+5 Single leg box jumps + landing

3x10 Overhead reverse lunge (25kg)
3x8 Dumbbell benchpress (18, 18, 20kg DB)

Circuit Session: 2 sets of 30 seconds on, 15 seconds gap, 1 minute between sets
Leg raises
Windscreen wipers
Toe touches
Ankle taps
Dead bugs with ball
Plank side touch
Side plank
Other side plank
Russian twist (8kg)
Bicycle crunches

A shit load of calf raises
Stretch and roll in My gym

Haries circuits.
Did a standard warm up skipping forwards, backwards, sideways etc
Hopping slow then fast, short then long.

5x pistol squat (each leg) + 5x running man squat (each leg), forward lunges, single leg squats again, backwards lunges.
[plank thrusters (left, middle, right) x10, spiderman crawl] x2
[10x press ups, bunny jump things] x2
[plank thorasic rotation thingys x10 (each side), inch worms] x2

Some core inc. leg raises x20, windscreen wipes x10 (each leg) and some other thing I can't remember
Finished with lots of stretching and rolling AND some chocolate brownie made by Amy!
