Haries circuits.
Did a standard warm up skipping forwards, backwards, sideways etc
Hopping slow then fast, short then long.
5x pistol squat (each leg) + 5x running man squat (each leg), forward lunges, single leg squats again, backwards lunges.
[plank thrusters (left, middle, right) x10, spiderman crawl] x2
[10x press ups, bunny jump things] x2
[plank thorasic rotation thingys x10 (each side), inch worms] x2
Some core inc. leg raises x20, windscreen wipes x10 (each leg) and some other thing I can't remember
Finished with lots of stretching and rolling AND some chocolate brownie made by Amy!
