Northern Championships- 1st. Felt reasonably fresh today but chest was in a mess. Went out strong and kept it solid with only a couple of minor bananas. Focus was really good today and caught Finlay at 13 and we trained it to the end.

Post cold, asthma has taken a hit and chest is very very bunged up making it v hard to breathe. I know it’ll be the same tomorrow so will just have to work with it.
