Note

Yesterday stomach acid was in bits the whole way round the sprint. Wanted to spew but when I tried I couldn’t. Woken up today and stomach acid still really bad so not sure if today will be comfortable at all.

Running- Offroad 10:20 [2] 1.43 km (7:13 / km) +60m 5:57 / km

Orienteering 26:44 [5] 4.86 km (5:30 / km) +106m 4:58 / km

Middle selection- Really good controlled forest section then out onto the first part of the moor where I was clean but slow. Biiiig banana to 12 but still was focused. Had no plan for 13 though so absolutely bottled my direction and ran all the way down the hill losing allot of time. Stomach was uncomfortable as expected the whole way round. Not a great weekend but hopefully will sort this issue and bounce back for the JK.
