ahr:167 max:180 16c slept:7.5 (injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 8

Gold Rush sprint in Boise, Idaho. Taped leg muscle up and ran pretty conservatively so as to not get too tired or make the injury worse. This plan worked pretty well, as I did not make major mistakes.
