Adventure in the Finger Lakes National Forest! Kevin found us a loop to run and printed off a portion of the map from a previous version of the cnyo rogaine. The way out was a lot of fields and I was very glad we had an o map. The ‘trails’ through the fields were faint to non-existent. It was all runnable, thankfully, just tiring on the ankles and with varying heights of grass. The return trip was mainly trails through the woods. Lots of fun :) Weather was perfect. Mid-60s and overcast.

Really happy with the pace/effort level this week. Especially with a race last Saturday. Still not down to where I want to be, but making progress. Iron levels finally approaching ‘normal’? Took long enough.
