Tempo in the middle (7:40, 7:55, 7:09). This felt fantastic! Definitely could have gone faster if I didn’t have major stomach cramps from running too soon after dinner... I think my iron levels have finally returned to normal. Just in time :)

Trot on the trail. Lovely evening to be out. It was still warm and quite humid, but everything was calm and there were lots of fireflies!

Side note: I have a ridiculous number of bug bites from yesterday. The bugs didn’t seem that bad during (minus the tiny ones that kept trying to get in my eyes)...but apparently they were out in force.
