Control pickup. It rained on and off all day and luckily I got out between rain showers. Woods were quite wet. Calves were tight when I started but they loosened up as I went along. Other than that I felt pretty good.

Picked up 7 flags. 6/7 were ones we hadn't been to during the race and the one that overlapped I approached from the opposite direction.
