Started following a training plan from the Kinetic app to keep me motivated on the trainer. 3x2 1 min hard/1 min easy w/ longer break in between + warmup + cooldown. Oof.
On the third episode of Arrow, it's pretty good so far. Somewhat surprising because I don't generally get into tv series.
