Out and back down the canal trail near my parent's house. Paved to the trail (~3 mi each way) and then the rest was gravel/dirt. Legs felt fine for the first half...and as soon as we turned around they were done. Good mental training I suppose. Hill on the back actually helped, provided a slight change of pace.
