Drove up to Brighton and biked the 9 mile single track loop followed by a loop of paved/dirt roads, mainly dirt. Neither of us were really feeling it, so we cut it a little short.

Started at Argo and went up past the dam before turning around. There were a lot of people on the river when we got back past the dam, glad we started semi-early.

Top-roping [5.11+]. Felt very sluggish, it was sooo hot in the gym.

Quick out and back down Green. Legs felt surprisingly good after yesterday.
