Orienteering race (Aus Relays) 43:15 [5] 4.4 km (9:50 / km) +210m 7:56 / km
spiked:14/14c (injured) shoes: Asics Gel 1100

Ran the 2nd leg in between Sarah Dunnage and Kellie Whitfield. Legs real sore but just had to have clean run because Saz and Kel are speed demons. Managed to do that and we won 17-20E by about 4 mins! so was great :)

dropped from 17-20E to 17-20A because of my legs. was good fun :) i won. haha.

the sprint....made a one minute error...legs killed from the start which was gay.

Everything was pretty alright apart from the fact it was raining when i started and i lost about hmmmm 6 minutes on control three. legs way sore.

Was never good! Calf/achilles sore at like 2km in so was a basic walk/jog pace the whole way.

spiked:7/9c slept:3.0 shoes: o-shoes

Started out well with long drive and no sleep.Turned to shit at control three. About 15 mins of mistakes....didnt really get any better. Plus side was calf/achilles area felt alright!
