Signed up for this ROC sprint style score O, and then realized it was the weekend before I’d be home, d’oh. ROC was nice enough to provide me the map, which I turned into a o-range since it was sans-flags. Super fun in a beautiful park I haven’t been to in over a decade. Would have won by 2 minutes! 2 mistakes near the end when my brain was getting fried, and I might have misinterpreted the mandatory crossing, but if anything I made them worse for myself.
I’m going to assume that HR is off a little. Or I’m dead. one or the other. I don’t think I’d be able to O at all at that level, and I don’t think it should be that high for that pace.

Slightly calmer version of hills than last week - both a shallower hill and a lower intensity long pyramid instead of sprints. Started to fade on the second set, but overall felt pretty decent, and we even dodged the rain.
