spiked:27/27c shoes: Nike Air Relentless

Waterlow Park - Prologue Course C
Took it steady to avoid any mistakes and get a feel for the area. Got round without any trouble, and would have probably taken 60-90 seconds off if it hadn't been the first run.

Waterlow Park - Prologue Course B
Absolutely smashed this one at full pelt, fantastic run.

Orienteering race (Ultrasprint) 7:59 [4] *** 1.2 km (6:39 / km) +31m 5:54 / km
spiked:21/22c shoes: Nike Air Relentless

Waterlow Park - Prologue Course A
Didn't do quite as well on this one, got bearings slightly wrong on #1 and had to punch another nearby one to make sure. Could have taken a slightly quicker route to #6 and lost concentration at #13, accidentally also punching #15, before going back to it. Slightly surprised my time was as quick as it was in the end.

Waterlow Park - Mass Final (Course 2)
Absolute chaos with starts every 15 seconds and people everywhere! Got slowed down in the maze due to the sheer number of people trying to punch, stumbled across #4 by luck during a slight lapse in concentration. Then got ahead of myself going into the maze for the second time and went to #17 before #16, losing about 30 seconds. Legs gave up coming up the hill near the end, but still posted a good time (20/46 on the course, unusually high for me!). Great run to end a cracking event and weekend.
