Orienteering 1:06:32 [3] 8.4 km (7:55 / km)

O event at Estabrook woods. Reasonable run speed-wise, one big mistake and some smaller ones. crappy map of a reasonable but not phenomenal area

Orienteering 2:30:00 [2] 5.0 mi (30:00 / mi)

Running around Boojum in the afternoon to check control sites for next weekend. Getting very tired towards the end

Hiking 4:30:00 [1] 7.8 mi (34:37 / mi)

Up Mt Mussilaukie. 2h30 up, 2h00 down. I know the 7.8 miles isn't really the same as running, but I had to enter it somehow..

Running 18:58 [4] 2.85 mi (6:39 / mi)

LA to North Harvard. Originally intended as a fast run there AND back but I started off like a crazy idiot (6.07 to Elliot, ~1m) and it was really hot and sticky, so I decided to take it easier on the way back.

One day it would be great to really measure all these river loops a bit more exactly

Running 20:01 [3] 2.85 mi (7:01 / mi)

the way back

Running 30:31 [3] 4.1 mi (7:27 / mi)

River to Elliot +0.8, with Abi

Running 7:30 [3] 1.0 mi (7:30 / mi)

from home to Central T

Running 22:10 [3] 2.9 mi (7:39 / mi)

From Davis T to Pine Hill

Running 20:48 [3] 2.9 mi (7:10 / mi)

Back from Pine Hill to Davis

Running 7:52 [4] 1.1 mi (7:09 / mi)

First fast-ish run around our new terrain loop. The two loops were actually pretty similar, 3:51 and 4:01 (but may have been more tired on second). Also spent some time running and walking around to find a good loop. With Will and Abi
