Aus. Relays with Scotty & Muzza. A good days work - we held off the Vic #1 team, thanks largely to Muzza putting Blair to the sword. Hard work after yesterday.

Aus Champs on Hill Park Dale. Great area, good courses, and I ran solidly for most of it ... but died in the arse over the last kms. This also led to total brain failure on the 4th last control. Oh well, maybe next year ...

Sprint Champs in York. Felt OK physically, but couldn't orienteer today.

Long-ish run on the flat, muddy plains of Cambridge with Fish. It was tipping it down to start with, so was a struggle pushing Fish out the door, but once we got going it fined up. Pretty solid effort.
