I did write out choices for each control that night, but summarising here.
Dead ends - plan more.
Overtaking Liverpool girls - ignore them all! This caused mistakes..
Plan more exits out of controls.
To the finish - careful now!

Coastal walk from camping site before JK. Managed to get my Dad orienteering with an enormous map that doesn't really fold hah.

Note

Pharmacy pre-reg stress kicked in on the wrong day! Should have done something today but didn't. Compensated with some pilate-style stretching but not sure it's enough for "training".
