orienteering race 1:49:01 [4] 5.28 mi (20:39 / mi)
ahr:119 max:146

Sunshine campus/oak opening. Hot 90 degrees by the end of the day. I misspunched. went from 3 to 14 then to 5 etc. #14 and #4 were close on the map and the line connecting controls crossed in a way that I, and at least one other person, saw 14 as 4.

Whats becoming the standard easy Letchworth ride, north to the overlook then south for a bit and back. After a wet first half of the day it turned into a nice evening for a ride. The legs had nothing to start but got a bit better after I rode a bit.

Roller skiing 1:13:14 [3] 10.17 mi (8.3 mph)
ahr:122 max:156 shoes: hjul skate

Mendon with Stina. A very nice day for just about any activity. A road crew was applying tar to the cracks in the pavement so we skipped the dog kennel leg.

Hike 1:40:00 [1] 3.5 mi (28:34 / mi)

Hike trail #15 at Letchworth. Ok for a walk but not a very interesting hike, basically a couple of old road beds that led to the flats of the river. The best part of the hike was a short walk out a spur to a nice view of the river.

Hike 1:45:00 [3] 3.5 mi (30:00 / mi)

Letchworth south end of Trail Number 20. Waited for the rain to stop before I went out. Saw two hen turkey and one raccoon.

orienteering 1:45:17 [3] 5.87 mi (17:56 / mi)
ahr:127 max:149

Buffalo O-meet at Chestnut Ridge. Kind of warm about 75 degrees, the legs had nothing. The course started on the east side then quickly went to the west, The course required using the park entrance bridge to cross the main road.

Kayaking 3:45:00 [3] 13.2 mi (17:03 / mi)

Hemlock Lake full moon paddle with a full eclipse with Stina. Clear and warm, a beautiful night for a paddle and to view the eclipse. This was the second eclipse paddle we've done, the first was several years ago when we paddled the length of Canandaguia. Today's was much less exciting as there was no high winds, large waves and the feeling like you were paddling on a treadmill, like in the previous one.
