Is been a massive weekend on top of 2 big years preparing for the Easter carnival. There have been plenty of challenges and uncertainty, with covid, weather, overgrown maps etc. We were hoping for 500 entries, so to get 650 was awesome.
The maps have gone from bare to overgrown and back to nicely runnable, and it was really great that in the end the vegetation didn't override the technical challenges of the terrain.
It has been really great to work with an awesome team of setters and controllers who have worked so hard to put on the best event possible, so big thank you to Ben and Nic for the prologue, Lance, Riley and Wendy - days 1 & 2, and Tony and Krystal - day 3. Big thank you as well to Geoff for the maps and numerous updates as the vegetation changed, which then changed where needed updates. Also of course a massive thank you to OQ Pres Juliana and everyone else who helped make it all happen.

Now for a little rest (work) before the Gold Coast sprints.
