Sprint at Marist. Good course by Kurt. Not sure how this was going to go, so just took it easy. Combo of SIJ thing and still feeling a bit sick meant that running fast was never an option. had to walk a few little bits later on to get hr down again. Course was pretty fun and interesting even at jogging pace.

Physio. lots of work on left hip, including trying to rotate pelvis back. seems to have been somewhat successful, at least for the moment. pretty sore from the needling.

HR still a bit wacky, but it feels like its hangover from the cold thing last week.
some sleep would be nice. its been a while.

HR not as crazy as yesterday but still jumping around a lot. Got some low 40s in the mix too. Haven't seen that in a while.

at work, but not feeling great. HR has been running mid-high 70s all morning, then up to 100 walking up stairs, but now back to mid 50s. weird & unpleasant.

had a few more rounds today of HR sitting mid-high 70s and up to 100 for ~30mins at a time. Feels a bit like last weeks shittiness still hanging around.
