just in to work this morning. driving home. no trolls. was awake from 1 till about 4 this morning and was only just properly asleep again when the alarm went off. so tired today.
Physio! yikes! my calves are a mess, which is causing most of the pain behind my knees, but hammies are also a bit shit and not helping. ended up with a pretty intense needling session to my calves and hammies, and some pretty pink tape on my calves.
Sprint at Renmark Schools. Figured I'd just jog around and see how things went. actually felt much better than expected for the first half, but then tightened up a lot in the last half and slowed down a lot. I think I used up all my running with the trip to the loo. Very fun course by Lanita.
