Less pain running which just emphasised the lack of fitness.

Got sledged by clibby while i was interrogating the ice cream freezer at the supermarket this morning.

Running time slot got taken up but a few hours playing in the park with Samson and iggy. Tired now!
Not sure the hip was quite ready anyway.

River loop + commute. wasn't super keen, but they'd started a concrete pour 2 doors up at 5.30, so I wasn't getting more sleep anyway. also got to wear my fancy new kit.
right hip still a bit shitty after the needles yesterday.
And did an extra lap on the arvo cos i got halfway home before i realised I'd forgotten my phone.
