run. hip not too bad, but tightened up afterwards.

Hip still too tight to run so tried out the pool. Actually really nice. 27c, 20m, not too chloriney and only one other person. Mostly just swimming with a few kick board laps when i got bored. Goggles will help.

plod. left itb and glute quite tight. lots of rolling, but probably not enough.

Hip was sore earlier today so i did some strength stuff instead of running. Mainly core.

Mine and back. Left hip a little tight. Watched the storm approaching as i ran. Good to have finished before it hit, it was a bit fierce.
