Mine and back. Legs showing signs of coming good but not quite yet. Will be glad to have a rest day tmw.

Easy but hurty run from the mine. Legs are certainly not used to running this many days in a row. Pretty strong tail wind which helped.
Another contribution to my sore legs is likely to be the standing desk i have here, which I've been trying to use as much as i reasonably can... about half the day so far. It certainly seems to be helping my back and I'm sure my legs will get used to it
