back at daisy with Clare and some of her offroad tri squad.

Orienteering 57:00 [3]

O at Coottha - set by Winnie. good course with some interesting route choices, and much less ridiculous climbing than there could have been. tried to focus on glute activation while running to avoid stress on hammy insertion. worked a bit, but pretty tired by the end.

afternoon mtb ride in daisy and cornubia with Dan. big ride, and ended up pretty dark by the end.

River loop. ended up on the back of the trolls bunch as we rolled into the uni, and ended up riding with them. quite a few familiar faces after all these years (I think its been 7!). a bit of corso confusion, but Dan gave me an awesome push back up to the bunch (how is that even possible?). coffee at merlo, and best fruit toast ever.

River loop with Dan's work group. hit a sneaky rock on the bike path which tried to throw me off my bike - luckily it didn't succeed, and I didn't get a flat either. standard RL otherwise.

cool weather has finally arrived. would have liked arm warmers for the first 10 mins this morning.

Back to hot yoga. Careful not to irritate hammy too much. Good to have a proper stretch.
