Long run from Wendy's place, with Wendy. Pretty easy pace. Nice breakfast on the deck afterwards.

Orienteering race 18:16 [4]

Cyclones sprint at UQ. good course set by Heather, and good turnout today. knees complaining a bit at running twice today.

Three days soil sampling on the gold coast. Long days in the sun. Back into training this weekend.

River loop with Clare. Very hot out early, but only getting hotter today. legs not cooperating - getting pain behind my left knee and can't put any power into the pedals, so fairy pedaling for me today. oh well.

Hot yoga. It was hot enough today that the fans were on rather than the heaters.
