trip to the physio to try and get my hammy sorted. got a fair bit done on my back to try to get rid of chronic tightness and then my hammy. apparently there isn't anything too serious wrong with it - no bad tears or anything.

physio also said that part of the hammy has an annoying habit of pretending to be ok, then suddenly cramping up again... just in case i hadn't noticed already.

Run home from work fail. hammy is properly busted. walked as far as Roma St station, now waiting for train. Need to sort out what is going wrong with my stupid leg... I haven't had this injury before so I'm not really sure what to do about it, although I think it's related to my back. Feels like a really bad cramp above my knee on the outside.
