Running long 1:24:00 [3] 12.6 km (6:40 / km) +800m 5:04 / km

long run from Clares. big turnout this week (relatively), with Clare, Wendy, Lance, Rachel and Katelyn. Cruisey pace, but I was in stuggle street the whole way. plenty of chat about the woc sprint day dramas.
managed some fast running on the downhills, but was very slow up hill, and did the loop about 5mins slower than usual. looking forward to a late morning nap.

hill TT, with Wendy (Clive and Connie both bailed - Clive with a swedish cold). In the dark again, but a much nicer night than tuesday (but way less exciting).
Felt pretty tired and sore after my kick back into 'proper' training, but was ok once I got going. even ran a couple of minutes quicker than I thought I would - in the 'reasonably fit' range. maybe less running is ok if every run you do is massively hilly? still glad I'm not planning on running tmw.

run from Connies in Bardon, with Dan and Connie. extended loop at the end of gordon road, then the usual run across to simpsons falls. tired tonight, and legs not moving quick enough to cope with the rocky trails.

intervals in anzac park, with Clive and Wendy, in the dark. 7 x 3mins with 1 min recovery. just around the tracks so plenty of hills. first couple were ok, then my legs went pretty useless for a while, but got going again on the last 2.
pretty crazy night out - first big storm of summer, so pissing down rain and massive lightning.
