Orienteering race 57:40 [4] 6.33 km (9:07 / km)

chasing start race - waihora. fun race, but really didn't appreciated the massive running legs at the end. still very unfit (damn, my training runs yesterday didn't work!) and sleep deprived.

Orienteering race 26:19 [5] 4.1 km (6:25 / km)

first race of the year. taupo airport. OMG I am so unfit!! I expected to be considerably unfit given that I've done f-all training in the last couple of months cos I've been sick, but the relality of the situation was exceedingly painful.

Orienteering race 45:39 [4] 5.0 km (9:08 / km)

kata-po night relays. first leg for team with olly and jimbo. first night-o too! ran with jo, lara and georgia for a while, but was on my own from the spectator control. didn't stuff up too much (except trying to get through the green in the dark) and it was really fun. awesome views over taupo (including fireworks!)

arvo mtb ride around gap creek. totally sucked on the hills, but it was fun.
