trip to the physio. lots of yucky tightness behind my knee where my hammie inserts. calf also tight and dodgy. lots of very painful massage, but it actually feels heaps better now. Cycling for the next few days and hopefully running again next week!!
felt good for the first few km, but then my knee started hurting again. really sharp pain so running really wasn't an option. walked home. off to the physio tomorrow.
