Late afternoon mtb in gap creek with Dan. Super dry and powdery on the trails.

Running long 2:40:00 [3]

Mostly run at O'Reillys while the boys rode O'Reillys and Binna burra. Toolara circuit or something. Nice and cool in the rainforest, and most of the run was in cloud. The northofagus forest at the top was really cool.
Walked the uphill bit in the middle cos the climb was pissing various injuries off, and the track was pretty slippery. No blue crayfish today.

(sick)

Went from feeling a bit off yesterday morning to definitely sick, so did my civic duty and went to the testing clinic on the way home. Conveniently the one at RBH was only about 100m out of my way. Test was quite unpleasant. The swab goes so far up your nose it feels like they take part of your brain. Not allowed out until the results come back, but sick anyway.

Test result back - negative. Still sick though.
